There is a lot of chatter with the new MLB Postseason format. With team’s who were seeded higher not all advancing or in tough spots to advance, is there reason to change the format? What would be a better format?

Also, Jerry Dipoto said the thing all MLB GM’s think but do not say. The goal of winning 54% of games over a decade opposed to pushing the chips in to win a championship. This hits pretty close to home with Pirates fans, so let’s discuss.
