Per Connor Williams at Bucs Dugout, the Pirates have agreed to terms with JT Brubaker for the 2024 season. The deal is worth $2,275,000 and means the sides will avoid arbitration.

Brubaker missed all of 2023 due to Tommy John surgery after posting a 4.69 ERA in 144 innings in 2022 and should be on track to rejoin the Pirates midway through next year, who in their current state are desperate for competent Major League starters.
