Anthony DiNardo and Jim Rosati go position-by-position grading every corner of the roster, from Paul Skenes and the dominant rotation that earned an A, to the offense that crashed all the way to the bottom of MLB. The guys debate whether keeping Matt Hague as hitting coach makes sense after the Pirates ranked second-worst in baseball in wRC+, and discuss what went wrong for Oneil Cruz, Bryan Reynolds, and the infield as a whole.

They also hand out grades for Don Kelly, Ben Cherington, and the coaching staff, closing with a look ahead to the Arizona Fall League, where the NS9 crew will be on-site interviewing Pirates prospects like Derek Diamond and Jaden Woods.
