Marco Gonzales gets his first start of the regular season for the Pirates today, he will go up against MacKenzie Gore and the Nationals. Hopefully, Gonzales will be able to at least get a quality start today to help rest the bullpen a little bit going into the off day tomorrow.

Derek Shelton once again makes a lineup to face a lefty starter. The only lefty hitter to grace the lineup today is Oneil Cruz at SS. If the Pirates can continue to get into the opposing teams bullpens early, expect to see Jack Suwinski and Rowdy Tellez making pinch hit appearance.
