Delete your account

North Shore Nine lets you delete your account and associated data at any time. Here's how.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open the NS9 app and go to the Profile / Account tab.
  2. Scroll to Privacy & Safety.
  3. Tap Delete My Account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and is effective immediately.

Or request deletion by email

Email support@northshorenine.com from the address on your account with the subject Account Deletion Request. We'll verify ownership and delete your account within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted
  • Your account and login credentials (email, name, profile photo).
  • Your profile, points, badges, streaks, and leaderboard standing.
  • Your chat messages, community posts, poll votes, and reactions.
  • Any game-day check-in records and data tied to your account.
What may be retained
  • Data we must keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons — kept only as long as the law requires, then deleted.
  • Aggregated or anonymized data that is no longer linked to you.
  • Backups, which are purged on our normal rolling backup cycle.
