It’s time to send Valdez to the minors when Ohern is back
Would pull Valdez aside
1. We don’t need you to be an indecisive person at the plate trying for a walk.
2. Go to the plate and RIP! If you strikeout- that’s what it will be. Indy will have spot for you to draw walks and watch fastballs at 95mph down the middle of the zone
I’m struggling with the continued placement of Horwitz at the top of the lineup. He has been struggling badly. I know it’s unpopular, but I would rather see Triolo or even Mangum there. Hopefully tomorrow we lead off with KG again. 🤞🏻
See no reason why KG isn’t back for tomorrow night. That’s his day I believe

On a more positive note, KG had 2 hard hit singles and a walk in Toledo yesterday. Can’t wait to see him back with the Pirates.
Not a fan of these bullpen games just feels like this team is not interested in winning.
